Sweet Fonzie boy! This is how we'll remember him... He smiled, loved to cuddle & play & play & play. He'd just mastered the stairs & could fly up and down them in lightening speed. He was with me nearly 24/7 & I will miss him so, so much!

This little guy sort of jumped into our lives & hearts & "I" couldn't be happier:) He's sweet sweet sweet & is a little love bug. Dude is crazy curious about him & just keeps licking him. Just so long as he doesn't take a "bite" we'll let him savor the little guy:)

We have two names in the hat... so if you have any thoughts, please do chime in! I am giddy over Fonzie & Zo loves Twiggy.

One Wish......

If I had one wish... Wow.... What would I do with just one wish!? So many come to mind... I'd wish for world hunger to end, for our land fills to evaporate, a warm home for everyone, worldwide health insurance, cures for disease & cancers, jobs jobs & more jobs, equality for EVERYONE, for society to love ALWAYS!

Oh man, I could go on and on..... But right now, all I wish for is an end. I think the fabulous picture above says it all.

I thank Justin, my wonderful friend Sheila's husband for this photo. Justin is a brilliant photographer who captures the color of life perfectly. You can see more from his attendance to an anti-war rally in LA this past weekend. It was a march for peace, a plight for their return & a wish from from all their hearts to bring them home....safe!

EEEKS!!! Being tagged by one is stress enough... But I have been double tagged by April & Sheila.

Now, that's not really fair....is it? Ok, Ok... I spose' I will comply;)

Here we go....

1. I don't have a middle name. That's lame-o isn't it. Part of the fun in having children is coming up with fantastic names. I went full throttle into all 3 of my girls names, coming up with what I *think* are fairly unique... and all I got was Jennifer. But, that said, I'm proud of my name... so much so that I kept my maiden name too. If I ain't gonna get a middle name, I am at least going to keep the ones I did get:)

2. I am a working catastrophe! My work room is chaos... each corner has their own time bomb ready to go off at any moment. I work with everything scattered in view. I must see it... must have it at reach or it's lost forever into the fabric abyss.

3. I am an only child. I lost my father at much to early of an age...not yet 2yrs & my mother never made another go of adding to America's population.

4. I am full on repulsed by those who enjoy fruit and chocolate together. Blech! Nuff said:)

5. I still get a total kick out of bathroom humor. I'm laughing as I type this... Did you just fart?!

6. I have 2 tattoo's... but if I had more money I'd have full sleeved tat's.

7. I have been in a motorcycle accident. All by myself, no one else caused it, & am still deeply humiliated. I have a scar on my face to remind me of this every single day.... However, I don't hide the scar.... and I still ride to this day:)

So there.... a little more *or too much* about me you might not have wanted to know lol!

I have fallen in love with making little soft dolls:) Their little heart shaped lips & of course the softness of them appeals to me. I want to place them on the couch & girls beds.

They're perfect for imaginative play & the perfect size to tote & love to pieces....

I wish I had thought of these when my girlie's were little... they may have become the lovey that heals all. Like the stringy thing my 12yr old still keeps in a wad under her pillow:)

Blue Bird Blossom

I love the freshness of this set... This color of blue is eye opening and sweet. Colors don't always have to be specific to spring, summer or fall.... right?!

The vintage buttons are tiny dancing gum drops. Pure eye candy that highlight the "blossoms" amongst the comfy soft cotton tee.

And lastly those pants.... Oh my! The blue bird ruffle pants are begging to sit and swing a while with the afternoon breezes.

Simply lovely isn't it?! This is a sweet summer's ending set... Just hold tight, the sun will still be shining & kiss her spirit with warmth.

It's the sweetness of the dainty floral, vintage buttons & little birdy applique' that I am soo in love with. Paired with a fabulous pair of cuffed pants it's just perfecto with boots for fall.

Though, I was foolish when I bought these two prints. I only bought 6yrds of ea...Why! Why! WHY?! And as usual I am kicking myself because I cannot get more... and I soo adore them.

First Post..... & a little camping

Shear laziness & lack of knowledge has kept me from creating a blog. But, I knew I had to do it... I had to keep up. A little voice inside my bag of marbles(my brain) kept telling me to get with it.

So, I was inspired by two wonderful friends... Amy& Sheila

And here it is.. I'll start off my first post with a little jig about our summer camping trip (I'm copying Amy)

We hit the trail & headed to Durango Colorado... Beautiful area & would return there any day! We camped, played in the creek, went to Mesa Verde & Dude barked...at everything. Nifty!

So there... it's done & I promise I'll try to keep up!
